Luxe Fashion forfeits all responsibility for a package after it has shipped from our facilities.
Confirm you have selected the correct delivery method before checkout. If not manually selected, ALL orders will default to our free local pickup and your package will NOT ship out.
After your package shows an acceptance scan, any issues beyond this point require help from USPS. Below is the link to file a lost packages claim.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.
Forgot to pay shipping?
No worries! Do NOT repurchase your same item with the correct delivery method. Simply search up “shipping” on our website, add it to cart, and checkout using the same information you used for your first order (name, email, phone number). Once that shipping payment has processed, it is linked to your order & we will ship it out as soon as the following business day.
We offer USPS International First Class, International Priority & International Express Shipping. All international orders take 3-7 days to ship. USPS takes about 3-5 to 10-15 days to deliver given customs processes and selected shipping speed.

Luxe Fashion is not responsible for any customs fees applied by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10-15 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package.
It is likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Luxe Fashion and cannot be refunded or resent.
Express is available for some purchases online.

In Store Pickup
All online orders, both pickup and shipping, experience the same 3-7 business day processing time.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a text letting you know the specific date and time it will be available for pickup.
If your order has not been picked up after 30 days it will be recycled back into inventory. After this, only a partial credit of the order will remain depending on when it is claimed.
We do not offer same day pickup unless it is explicitly stated on our official social medias and/or website.
It is heavily encouraged to try on all pickups before leaving the store. Once you leave, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Be sure to review your items and confirm everything is to your liking.
THESE RULES STILL APPLY EVEN IF SOMEONE ELSE IS PICKING UP FOR YOU.
If anyone other than yourself comes to pickup your order, they will require your full name and order number.
